Recruitment Process Outsourcing
 
Qualifind’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing programs offer turn-key management of both large and small scale recruitment campaigns in the U.S. or Mexico. Whether your need is five managerial positions or several hundred technical staff, Qualifind can tailor an appropriate program to meet your operational objectives.
 
Due to the broad spectrum of industries that our search consultants come from, we can quickly activate our internal resources to launch a recruitment campaign on a relatively short notice. We will partner with you to understand your business goals and objectives, and then develop a cost-effective and efficient program to meet your needs and objectives.
 
Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing program offers several options for meeting your start-up or operational transition needs. We can offer you strategy and process consulting to launch a recruitment campaign of any size by your internal human resource department and we can also offer a more comprehensive package of services that include Qualifind managing the entire process. For very specialized large scale recruitment projects, we can offer the ability to set-up hiring events at or near your operations in the U.S. or Mexico. Our programs can be executed by your internal human resources department or they can be outsourced to a team of Qualifind professionals or a combination of both.
 
Previous Recruitment Projects that we have executed have followed the process outlined below:
 
1. The appropriate Qualifind consultant will meet with your hiring managers to evaluate the mission and business objectives of your recruitment project.
 
2. We will then regroup to map out a recruitment process, strategy and timeline for executing the project.
 
3. Engage your hiring managers and stakeholders to define the deliverables from Qualifind.
 
4. Establish key benchmark candidates for each role to be recruited for and get consensus from appropriate hiring managers.
 
5. Qualifind search consultants then execute the candidate sourcing, screening and assessment process. We use the world’s leading staffing and recruitment software – Bullhorn; which allows us to provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that will detail our progress against pre-agreed upon performance metrics and timelines.
 
6. For large recruitment projects that we have managed in the U.S. or Mexico, we then coordinate a location (typically a client facility or hotel property) and all related logistical requirements to facilitate a hiring event where your hiring managers are flown to that location to interview Qualifind candidates that have passed a phone screening process.
 
7. Each of your hiring managers will be provided with a set of pre-agreed upon deliverables on each candidate to be interviewed. Qualifind staff can manage the entire event or co-manage the event with your human resources department. When we manage the entire process, the only thing your hiring managers need to do is to show up for their scheduled interviews, take notes during the interview (on materials provided by Qualifind), and be prepared to provide their assessment at the end of the event to determine next steps with the candidates. Our process allows your hiring managers to stay focused on the process of determining which candidates are best suited to join your organization.
 
8. We can facilitate or co-facilitate the process of assimilating data from your hiring managers to enable hiring decisions to be made in a timely manner.
 
9. Once you have identified the candidates you want, we will begin the process of pre-closing those candidates to be ready for delivering offers of employment. If you are conducting a recruitment project in Mexico, you will experience another value proposition in our ability to handle the offer process. Cultural issues in Mexico can become a show stopper at this stage if the offer process is not handled properly. We have numerous options that we suggest to you to overcome these and you have the flexibility to decide which best meets your needs.
 
10. Qualifind concludes its assignments with a project summary and "lessons learned" to facilitate knowledge transfer to your organization. We remain available to your internal human resources departments to assist with any transitional issues (relocation, family, training periods, etc.) with individual hires which may arise after the onboarding process.
